Herrmann Thinking Management System – HTMS

The Herrmann Thinking Management System is a powerful web based application available 24/7 that empowers Herrmann® Certified Practitioners to control all aspects of the HBDI and associated e-learning such as HBDIFundamentals. HTMS allows the Practitioner or approved administrator to login securely via a web browser where they can administer participants’ completion of the HBDI Survey through to printing all reports for workshops.

The HTMS Roster page will allow you to see the progress of your participants simply by entering the webkey from the group.

HTMS allows the administrator to produce many reports. These reports can be printed, saved in PDF format and also emailed. These reports include:

• the individual HBDI Profile

• the HBDI Pair Profile

• the HBDI Team Profile

• the HBDI Mini Profile

• Preference Maps—various options

• Lists of scores—various options.

This is the current list of supported languages and the reports available in each language. This list is subject to change as more translations/reports are completed.

Inspired initially by Nobel Prize winning research, the HBDI has been completed by over 2.5 million individuals and is utilised in many of the world’s leading corporations. Your HBDI Profile will provide insights into your thinking preferences and as a result, insights into how you approach things like communicating, decision making, and problem solving. Your results will be given to you at the upcoming workshop.

It should take about 30 minutes to complete your HBDI survey. It is necessary to do this by **INSERT DEADLINE** so the results can be ready in time for the workshop.

4. Once you have completed the HBDI Survey you will be taken directly to HBDI Fundamentals. N.B. If you are unable to finish the HBDI Fundamentals in one sitting, remember to bookmark it so you can return to the same point later. Be sure to print out your profile estimate to bring to the workshop.

HBDI Fundamentals is a short e-learning program that takes an additional 20-40 minutes. This award-winning program will explain the Whole Brain Thinking model.

Once you have completed your HBDI survey you will be guided to complete HBDIinteractive—a five-module simulated learning environment with interactive activities and examples of Whole Brain® Thinking. Your HBDI Profile results will be presented to you during this session. Please schedule mini learning sessions to complete the modules in stages.

The HBDIinteractive learning experience will allow you, your colleagues and team members to gain the insight and ability to stretch preferred thinking styles and reach new levels of effectiveness. Starting with a mutual understanding of how thinking styles impact the way you work together, participants gain the skills needed to interact more productively and move faster towards their goals.
